As some of you now know, Betsy has retired and I now hold her position as Dr. Lisann’s Front Desk Coordinator.
I have been in the Dental field for over 23 years. I began fresh out of High School in Quincy, MA as a Dental Assistant for a multi-specialty group. Settled there as an Orthodontic Assistant for about 4 years. Later I became a Business Assistant for a Prosthodontist/Orthodontist for the last 15 years. The dentist is retiring very soon therefore, time for a change.
I am married with two active boys. I enjoy going to their hockey, baseball and lacrosse games, spending time with my friends walking, biking, going to the beach, and skiing. Basically whatever the boys are doing I’m doing.
I am enjoying getting to know the area and all of the patients here.

I have 13 years experience in the orthodontic field. I began in 1993, right out of high school, with the responsibility of sterilizing all the dental instruments. I was quickly promoted to orthodontic assistant and I was trained hands-on because of my enthusiasm for orthodontics. I am x-ray and CPR certified.
My role in the office is to work closely with Dr. Lisann and all our patients throughout their entire treatment. I am one of a team of orthodontic assistants who prepares each patient for braces and helps guide each patient for the best treatment possible. I am also in charge of making sure that our computer system runs smoothly.
I graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston with my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In my free time I enjoy time with family and friends, shopping, going out to dinner and traveling.
I’m getting married on July 14, 2007 and honeymooning in the Greek Islands in September 2007.

I have 6 years of orthodontic experience. I work directly with the patients from their first visit to routine orthodontic adjustments to removing their braces at the end of active treatment. I am x-ray and CPR certified.
I was born in Brazil and speak fluent Portuguese. My husband and I have lived in Boston for 9 years. We have one daughter. In my free time I like to have fun with my family.

I have one and half years of orthodontic experience. I started out in the dental field in the summer of 2005 by taking a course in dental assistanting at the Boston Career Institute. I became x-ray and CPR certified in the fall of 2005 while completing an internship at Brookside Community Health Center as a dental assistant. Shortly Thereafter I was employed by an orthodontist with whom I worked during my internship.
As an orthodontic assistant my duties include preparing patients with information on what to expect as they begin treatment. I assistant Dr. Lisann in most aspects of treatment, as well as maintain all updates on patient status. I also prepare the patients for braces and/or other appliances that are required.
I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. In my spare time I Enjoy traveling, shopping, cooking and having fun.
